Tour overview
Ridgeline and sweeping views that extend far across the valley landscapes of southern Kosovo. Reaching an elevation of 2,212 meters, the hike to Oshlak is both accessible and adventurous, making it a favorite among photographers, hikers, and mountaineers who appreciate wild beauty without overly technical terrain.
The trail to Oshlak begins just outside Prevalla and gradually climbs through a mix of open meadows and thick forest. Along the way, the scent of wild herbs fills the air, and hikers often pause to admire grazing sheep and colorful alpine flowers. As you near the summit, the trail narrows into a scenic ridge with thrilling drop-offs on either side, offering a bird’s-eye view of the Dragash and Prizren valley below.
The panoramic vista from Oshlak’s Peak is truly unforgettable, especially during sunrise or sunset, when the landscape is bathed in golden light. It’s a place that inspires both peace and exhilaration—ideal for reflection, photography, and that unbeatable feeling of standing above the clouds.
